Creative Project Manager Bilingüe – Producción Audiovisual y E-Learning Modalidad: Híbrida 50% presencial 50% remoto (Solo MTY) Disponibilidad: Inmediata Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sobre el rol Buscamos un(a) Project Manager altamente organizado(a), adaptable y con visión estratégica, que disfrute coordinar proyectos creativos de alto impacto en las áreas de producción audiovisual, animación, diseño gráfico y e-learning. Responsabilidades principales Planificar, coordinar y entregar proyectos audiovisuales, de animación, diseño y desarrollo de cursos e-learning. Liderar la relación con clientes asignados: juntas, seguimiento, comunicación ejecutiva. Adaptar flujos de trabajo frente a cambios inesperados del cliente. Administrar cronogramas y recursos de forma dinámica, priorizando tareas clave y manteniendo la comunicación clara con todos los involucrados. Coordinar equipos interdisciplinarios: diseñadores, animadores, guionistas, editores, locutores, integradores, etc. Gestionar proyectos mediante herramientas como Asana (indispensable) y otras plataformas colaborativas. Supervisar múltiples entregables simultáneos y asegurar estándares de calidad. Gestionar retroalimentación de clientes y stakeholders de manera oportuna y profesional. Documentar procesos y promover la mejora continua. Requisitos Mínimo 3 años a 5 años de experiencia como Project Manager en entornos creativos con trato directo a clientes. Excelente comunicación y empatía para coordinar equipos creativos. Inglés avanzado (C1) tanto hablado como escrito. Alta capacidad de organización, priorización y resolución de conflictos. Experiencia liderando proyectos con múltiples timelines y entregables paralelos. Certificación formal en gestión de proyectos (PMP®, IPMA®, PRINCE2® u otra equivalente). Dominio de Asana (obligatorio); conocimiento de otras herramientas de gestión como Trello, Jira o Notion (deseable). Experiencia trabajando con principios ágiles adaptados a proyectos creativos (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.). Experiencia liderando proyectos con múltiples timelines y entregables paralelos. Deseable Certificaciones adicionales como Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP o similares. Experiencia en producción de materiales educativos o integración de contenidos en LMS (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.). Experiencia previa en agencias creativas o de publicidad. Conocimiento del flujo de trabajo con herramientas como Adobe CC, After Effects, Frame.io, Loom, etc. Enviar CV e información relevante a Buscamos: Data Science Product/Project Manager (no further details provided) We are conducting a search for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and transform the Supply Chain organization of a high‑complexity Engineering‑to‑Order manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for strengthening end‑to‑end supply chain performance by overseeing four critical areas: Manufacturing Planning, Materials & Internal Logistics, Import–Export, and SAP Manufacturing Support. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving planning accuracy, optimizing material flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data‑driven decision making across the plant. This position requires a strategic, hands‑on leader with strong influence, the ability to work in a fast‑paced ETO environment, and proven experience aligning supply chain processes with engineering, operations, and program management. Key Responsibilities 1. Manufacturing Planning Leadership Lead the Planning organization (Master Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Production Planning). Translate engineering requirements and customer configurations into executable manufacturing plans. Ensure accurate load/capacity models, build sequences, material alignment, and project commitments. Drive demand planning and forecasting with at least 8 years of experience in Planning (demand, supply, or production). Improve schedule adherence and reduce last‑minute changes. 2. Materials & Internal Logistics Oversee all internal material flows from receiving to shipping: inbound, warehouses, WIP, kitting, internal routes, inventory control, and outbound logistics. Strengthen warehouse discipline, layout efficiency, material accuracy, and kitting operations for ETO products. Lead Managers and Supervisors to ensure execution excellence and inventory accuracy >98%. 3. Import–Export & Compliance Lead Import–Export operations, including classification, compliance, IMMEX, T‑MEC regulations, and coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Ensure flawless execution and readiness for internal and external audits. 4. SAP & Manufacturing Data Support Oversee SAP master data, BOM accuracy, routings, manufacturing parameters, and production order integrity. Ensure seamless integration between Engineering, SAP, Planning, and Operations. Drive digitalization, data quality, and system discipline across the organization. Leadership Responsibilities Manage a multi‑layer team including Sr Managers, Managers, Supervisors, Planners, and Specialists. Build capability, provide coaching, and elevate the technical level of the supply chain organization. Implement KPIs, dashboards, and standard processes for visibility and control. Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Finance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Planning (required). Strong experience leading supply chain teams in a manufacturing environment (ETO or high‑mix, low‑volume preferred). Bilingual English–Spanish (advanced communication required). Strong knowledge of SAP (PP, MM, WM; PS is a plus). Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement. Ability to navigate high complexity, multiple priorities, and engineering‑driven environments. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Engineering‑to‑Order or Make‑to‑Order environments. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification. Experience managing multi‑department supply chain structures. Strong understanding of master data governance. Demonstrated success improving Planning accuracy and material flow efficiency. Soft Skills Strategic decision‑making with hands‑on problem‑solving ability. Strong sense of urgency and accountability. Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
