This role will give you the opportunity of becoming the Finance Lead of one of Mexico’s most iconic brands; Dove, Pond’s, Sedal, Savile, etc. with annual sales of €400m. This is an exciting role as you will be close to the business team and you will be a key player for defining the strategy of the category and supporting the team by bringing facts, analysis and challenges to the category to maximize our business results.**KEY RESPONSABILITIES:*** Mexico business partnering owning the E2E P&L and collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, CSP and Latam regional team to deliver profitable growth for the categories.* Provide financial guidance and support for marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer initiatives and be the challenger of the category to drive business performance.* Have a clear understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities through NRM.* Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for Trade Spend, Brand Marketing Investment and Overheads.* Track and analyze budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Strong analytical and financial modelling skills* Business Partnering experience* Excellent communication* Ability to influence and build strong relationships with non-financial stakeholders* Experience in presenting to and communicating with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders* Disruptive thinking to balance profitable growth and consumer-based decisions**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Advanced Excel* Insightful analytics* Attention to detail* Minimum 2 years of experience as a finance business partner.
