Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a:O365 Junior Support Analyst**Our opportunity****Office Junior Support Analyst**- Become a part of Office 365 team located in Mexico, providing a world-class customer service experience to Zurich's internal end users- As part of a regional Zurich support team, you will address 'break-fix' incidents, execute end user service requests, and provide end user support for 'how do I' queries.- We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who has experience with the Office 365 platform and would like to grow and learn with us**About your role**- Work as part of a regional Zurich team providing Level 2 support for the O365 Products around the world- Deliver the required service in line with all documented service levels and other quality measures- Accurately document all work performed through Zurich's Service Now ticketing system including details and outcomes- Actively provides Office 365 product and technical advice, contributes to the shaping of technical standards and guidelines- Develop, foster, and maintain highly effective customer interactions- Engage with key stakeholders to eliminate service failings and offer up solutions to improve the customer experience.**About your Skills and Experience**- 1-2 years of experience working with O365 Products including end user support- Technical knowledge and understanding of Office 365 Products (Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive)- Knowledge of Active directory and Azure- Experience of working with ServiceNow or similar service management platform- Experience with PowerShell scripting- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and team player with strong customer service focus- ITIL and related products certifications are advantage- Portuguese language, both verbal and written to support Portuguese speaking LATAM countries- English language, both verbal and written**Who we are**Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?At Zurich millions of individuals and businesses place their trust in our products and services every day.Our 53,000 employees worldwide form the basis of our success, enabling, businesses and communities to face a world of risk with confidence.Imagine if you could help people do this all over the world.You'd give them confidence and reassurance by protecting what they love most.It's a big challenge, but you will be supported by a world-class team who believe in helping you to reach your full potential and deliver on our promises.So be challenged.Be inspired.Help us make a difference.At Zurich we are an equal opportunity employer.We attract and retain the best qualified individuals available, without regard to race/ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
