Commercial Support Analyst at BairesDev We are looking for a Junior Commercial Support Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on supporting commercial operations through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, global environment. What You'll Do Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Support the commercial team with reports, dashboards, and insights to drive decision-making. Help maintain and update operational databases and tracking systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements. Participate in developing and documenting standard operating procedures. Support the preparation of presentations and materials for stakeholder meetings. What We Are Looking For 1+ year of experience with operations analysis or commercial support functions. Good understanding of basic data analysis and reporting techniques. Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools and spreadsheet applications. Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly. Good organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
