Este puesto ofrece flexibilidad para trabajar de forma remota, pero la residencia en México es requerida. Responsabilidades principales Desarrollar servicios backend usando C# y .NET Core, siguiendo principios 12-factor y mejores prácticas. Escribir consultas SQL eficientes y procedimientos almacenados, asegurando óptimo rendimiento de la base de datos. Utilizar LINQ y herramientas ORM (por ejemplo, Entity Framework) para manipular y acceder a datos. Construir y mantener APIs RESTful que soportan el ecosistema de productos. Practicar programación en pareja y desarrollo guiado por pruebas (TDD). Participar en ceremonias ágiles: planificación de iteraciones, stand-ups y retrospectivas. Implementar y mantener pipelines CI/CD para apoyo a la integración y entrega continua. Colaborar estrechamente con interesados de negocio para asegurar que las soluciones cumplan con las necesidades de usuario. Mentorar a ingenieros junior y promover mejores prácticas de ingeniería en el equipo. Calificaciones Mayor a 6 años de experiencia con C# y .NET Core, enfocada en desarrollo de servicios backend. Experiencia sólida en SQL, incluidos consultas complejas, optimización de rendimiento y diseño de bases de datos relacionales. Conocimiento en LINQ y patrones de acceso a datos con marcos ORM modernos. Experiencia probada construyendo y manteniendo APIs RESTful. Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles, prácticas XP y TDD. Comunicación fluida en inglés (niveles C1/C2). Capacidad de trabajar de manera independiente y colaborativa dentro de un entorno orientado al equipo.
