The Position As Finance Enterprise Partner Lead you will act as a strategic advisor connecting financial insights with business priorities to drive sustainable growth and innovation. Lead, develop and inspire a team of Finance Enterprise Partners both directly and indirectly. Partner closely with senior leaders and the business to understand and define key ambitions, translate strategy into actionable financial outcomes and challenge results. Guard the business interests by capturing and updating key market and business insights that impact financial and operational results. Understand market dynamics to evaluate the impact of significant changes inviting a reassessment of planned events and strategies. Ensure optimal allocation of human and financial resources and facilitate effective prioritization to achieve long-term objectives. Challenge the status quo and identify new opportunities that enhance overall business performance. Understand the potential of data for decision‑making and encourage the development of digital tools to facilitate this process. Deliver transparent insights and provide clear visibility on business evolution to all key stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision‑making. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and data‑driven decision‑making that elevates the solution value in every iteration. Who you are University degree in a relevant field such as Business Economics or Finance. At least 5 years of experience in roles related to P&L and Sales Planning, Business Analytics, Business Development or Controlling (mandatory) within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Management companies (preferred). Does this describe you? You are a curious, analytical and relationship‑driven finance leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You combine strong business acumen with a digital mindset and have experience partnering across complex organizations ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
