Technical LeadershipWe are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams.This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to drive technical excellence and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.- Lead and manage high-performing engineering teams comprising 20+ direct and indirect reports across geographies.- Develop and implement data-intensive and scalable cloud-based applications, leveraging expertise in Java and modern cloud platforms.- Own end-to-end project planning, estimation, and delivery of large and distributed projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Maintain adherence to software development best practices, continuously improving team velocity, code quality, and delivery throughput.- Foster Agile practices such as backlog tracking, sprint planning, burndown charts, and user story management.- Conduct regular performance reviews, career development planning, and team mentoring.----------------------------------------RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:- Minimum 4 years of experience in development with Java and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Demonstrated ability to design and scale data-heavy applications.- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.- Strong experience managing distributed and remote teams.- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (e.G., Jira, Azure DevOps).- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.- Ability to drive results through influence and collaboration.----------------------------------------Why Join Us?We believe in the power of innovation and diversity.You'll join a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive culture—where your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported.We offer a competitive compensation package, including:- 100% payroll benefits.- Major medical insurance & life insurance.- 30 days of Christmas bonus.- Saving fund 13%- Food vouchers.- Restaurants vouchers.
