Inland Trailer S de RL de CV, Empresa mecánica líder en la fabricación de ensamble de semirremolques ubicada en el Parque Industrial El Marqués, solicita:**DESIGN ENGINEER****OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**:Diseñar y desarrollar productos / componentes para la fabricación de semirremolques Inland a partir de las necesidades de mercado, cumpliendo con la normatividad aplicable (NOM, DOT) y buscando siempre la economía de costos tanto en componentes como en su proceso de fabricación.**Requisitos**:- Escolaridad: Diseñador Industrial Mecánico/ Diseñador Automotriz / Ingeniería Mecánica- Experiência mínima de 5 año en el área- Dominio en el uso de software CAD (Autocad/Inventor/Solid works)- Conocimiento en normas de seguridad aplicables al producto (NOM/DOT)- Conocimiento de materiales para la fabricación de semi remolques (aceros, aluminios, plásticos, etc.)- Inglés Avanzado (comprobable)- Visa y pasaporte vigente- Disponibilidad para viajar- Creación e Interpretación de planos.- Conocimiento en análisis de elementos finitos, la gestión del riesgo.- Diseño en sistemas y ensamblajes.- Dominio del Paquete Office de Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT, Publisher)- Dominio de Softwares: Adobe Ilustrator / Photoshop / Corel draw / Google picasa- Manejo de ERP (módulos de BOM) Priority / SAP / Oracle o cualquier otro.- Manejo de herramientas de medición (vernier, goniómetro, gages, etc )- Dimensionado y Tolerancias (GD&T)**Conocimientos deseables**:Costo de materiales para fabricación.Conocimiento en arneses eléctricos.Procesos de soldadura.Procesos de ensamblaje industrial (metal mecánico).**Funciones y Responsabilidades**:- Generar y mantener actualizados los planos de cada pieza y subensambles.- Desarrollo y entrega de las fichas técnicas de los productos.- Participación continúa en procesos de mejora.- Implementación y fabricación de prototipos.- Desarrollo de los modelos de cada una de los semirremolques.- Desarrollar proyectos de optimización en la fabricación de las semirremolques y sus partes; en tiempos, calidad y costos.- Desarrollo de nuevos productos.**Competencias**:- **Alto sentido de urgencia**- Planeación- Enfoque a resultados y al detalle- Solución de problemas- Trabajo en equipo- Orientación al cliente- Creatividad e Innovación- Iniciativa / Proactividad- Análisis y síntesis**INÚTIL POSTULARSE SI NO CUMPLE AL 100% CON EL PERFIL****Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo de $35,000 mensuales brutos- Horario de trabajo de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:30 hrs- Fondo de Ahorro 7%- 20 días de aguinaldo- Servicio de comedor 100% subsidiado- Días de descanso adicionales a los que marca la LFT- Vacaciones y PV de acuerdo con LFT- Estabilidad laboralTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $35,****** al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno mixtoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 23/09/2024
