**Vacante para la empresa BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA en Av Universidad -Chihuahua, Chihuahua**:We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Insurance Verification Officer responsible for obtaining benefit verifications and authorizations efficiently and accurately for multiple clinics.The role requires excellent customer service skills while multitasking in a well-lit professional office setting with high-speed internet and a quiet work environment.A high level of professionalism and work ethic is essential.**Key Responsibilities**:- Answering phone calls and addressing patient questions.- Verifying appointments and ensuring proper patient information.- Checking benefits and verifying insurance policies.**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:- Experience with benefit verification and authorization.- 2+ years of Medical Front Office experience; outpatient rehab office experience preferred.- Proficient computer and typing skills with relevant software knowledge.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent customer service skills with formal training.- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.- Ability to work independently and take initiative.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across several EMR systems simultaneously.- Ability to interact with patients and clients in a caring, respectful, and empathetic manner.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance role within a medical office environment.- Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in challenging situations.- Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills.**Nível de educación deseada**:Básica**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Call Centers / Telemarketing**Habilidades**:- health insurance- claims- ingles
