DescripciónBuscamos un Supply Chain Senior Manager altamente dinámico y hands-on para liderar y optimizar cadena de suministro end-to-end.Esta posición es clave para garantizar un flujo eficiente de productos, desde centros de distribución (CEDIS) hasta el cliente final, gestionando operaciones de importación, exportación, transporte y última milla, tanto en esquemas B2B como B2C.**Responsabilidades Principales**:Supervisar operaciones integrales de CEDIS (almacenaje, inventarios, control de calidad).Coordinar procesos de importación y exportación, cumplimiento aduanal y optimización de tiempos.Gestionar la logística de transporte nacional e internacional, incluyendo manejo de rutas y flota.Implementar y liderar proyectos de mejora continua y eficiencia operativa.Desarrollar estrategias para la última milla, garantizando servicio óptimo al cliente.Interactuar con áreas comerciales para asegurar la excelencia en servicio al cliente.Optimizar la cadena desde la recepción de materia prima hasta la entrega al cliente final.Manejar KPIs de cumplimiento, costos logísticos, níveles de servicio e inventarios.Colaborar con áreas de planeación, finanzas, operaciones y comerciales para alinear objetivos.**Requisitos**:+8 años de experiência en posiciones de supply chain management.Experiência comprobada en CEDIS, importaciones/exportaciones, transporte, servicio al cliente.Conocimiento sólido en gestión de rutas, última milla, distribución B2B y B2C.Experiência en agroindustria, FMCG, commodities o sectores de alta rotación.Experiência liderando proyectos de mejora continua (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma deseable).Manejo avanzado de sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle o similares).Inglés avanzado.5 years
