Visión general Responsabilidades Develop and implement plant procedures in all assigned processesIdentify deviations and define necessary actions to keep the processes in controlImprove the performance of the processesReduce the variability of processesDevelop and maintain the necessary methods to ensure that critical variables remain in controlReduce costs for re-jobs and waste.7. Establish the operation parameters, and implement the Set-Up of the processes.8.Generate and maintain adequate and relevant information for the analysis and decision-making on the performance of the processesParticipate in the development and maintenance of the Quality, Safety and Environment Management systemPromote safe conditions for work and operate under the safety rules and procedures established by the company. Requisitos Basic (Lean Manufacturing / Six sigma / Kaizen)Education - Industrial Engineer or related.Experience - 6 months or 1 year in manufacturing companiesSkills and abilitiesIntegrityResponsibilityHolistic thinkingAttitudeInnovation Proactivity.
