Customer Service Business Process Services (BPS), no IT experience nor IT educational background. Activities Respond to incoming calls regarding customer service inquiries from the US and other international locations. Proficiency in English is required. Availability for full-time work in rotational shifts, with 9-hour shift. Job Description Complete a Bachelor degree. Speak advanced English. Have 1+ years of experience in Customer Service. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Respond promptly to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and other channels. Communicate with customers to resolve complaints and provide product information. Know products inside and out so you can answer questions. Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs and provide accurate information. Data entry in various platforms.
