In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director, Global ProcurementYou Will Make an Impact By:* Leading and mentoring a global team of Procurement Specialists across multiple manufacturing sites and regions.* Driving business unit collaboration by facilitating regular cross-functional meetings to address shortages, demand changes, and inventory health.* Implementing strategic procurement alignment with company objectives and materials plans, translating high-level goals into actionable plans for the team.* Overseeing supply continuity and risk mitigation, proactively identifying supply risks and guiding contingency planning.* Championing process improvement and standardization, working with stakeholders to automate and enhance procurement processes.* Guiding supplier development and performance management, ensuring compliance and driving vendor improvement programs.* Monitoring and reporting key procurement metrics to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations.* Travel Requirements: Up to 20% international travel is required.Skills You Bring:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).* 8+ years of job-related work experience in procurement or supply chain management, including leadership of procurement teams or projects.* Experience managing procurement for manufacturing operations and driving cost reduction or supplier improvement initiatives.* Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle), advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with digital procurement dashboards.* Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills in a matrix organization.* Strategic and analytical skills for supply chain data and KPI analysis.Preferred Skills: (Optional)* Experience working in a global environment or managing teams across multiple locations.* Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional efforts.* Familiarity with Procurement Service Center processes.* Experience with supplier development programs (Kanban, VMI/consignment, lead time reduction).* Advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., shortage root-cause analysis, process mapping).Supervisory Scope: (Optional)* Reporting Relationships: Directly manages a global team located at various manufacturing sites.* Financial Responsibilities: Accountable for procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier spend across regions.Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
