Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with Plant Managers, providing valuable insights into operational performance and cost efficiency. This role involves analyzing product cost development, unit cost trends, and productivity metrics to support informed decision-making. The selected candidate will coordinate the annual budgeting process at the plant level, focusing on costs, capacity, and product impact. Maintaining and improving standard costing templates is an essential aspect of this position, including governance of material master data. In collaboration with plant leadership, we require someone who can lead monthly production cost variance forecasting. Skill Requirements: Our ideal candidate must have excellent analytical skills and be proficient in using global tools for preparing monthly reports. Additionally they should possess strong communication abilities as they will work closely with local leaders, personal qualities such as adaptability are necessary. The ability to participate in international projects related to process improvements within our organization would be highly beneficial.
