**Vacante para la empresa RH HUNTING en Iztacalco, Ciudad de México**:Empresa estadounidense especializada en fortalecer la seguridad en operaciones de crédito a nível empresarial está en busca de tu talento como **Growth Data Analyst****Zona a laborar**:Col.Del Valle, CDMX.**Modalidad**: 100% oficina.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en administración de empresas, economía, marketing o área afín (trunca o concluida).- Experiência de 3 a 5 años en puesto similar y en startups (**indispensable**).- **Trayectoria comprobable impulsando el crecimiento estratégico de empresas.**- Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos y comportamiento del usuario como GoogleAnalytics, Mixpanel, Looker Studio y Amplitude.- Conocimiento de embudos de conversión (funnels), CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, retention, etc.- Dominio de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce o similar).- Experiência generando ingresos directos o colaborando en campañas de fundraising (deseable).**Funciones**:- Startups o entornos de alto crecimiento.- Participar en planes de escalamiento de 0 a 1, de 1 a 10, o de 10 a 100 (clientes, usuarios o ingresos).- Marketing digital & performance.- Diseñar embudos de conversión (funnels) midiendo métricas clave como CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn y retention.- Product-led growth (PLG).- Entender cómo hacer crecer el producto desde dentro: onboarding, activación, viralidad, automatizaciones.- Experimentos de Growth (Growth Hacking).- Diseñar, ejecutar y medir experimentos rápidos en adquisición, activación, retención o monetización.- Data-driven.- Trabajar con datos, KPI's, dashboards.- Manejo de herramientas como Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, HubSpot,- Amplitude, etc.- Trabajo cross-functional.- Colaborar con equipos de producto, ventas, tecnología y atención al cliente para alinear esfuerzos de crecimiento.**Oferta**:- Sueldo base de **$45,000 a $55,000 netos mensuales.**- Bono anual de 15 días de sueldo.- Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores (después del 3er mes).- Inducción y capacitación.- Crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.**Horario laboral**:- Lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Dirección de empresas**Industria**:Servicios Financieros
