Your Impact Attract and engage sales talent from all channels—whether inbound applicants, internal referrals, or outbound sourcing. Desired Skills / Experience Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally with a focus on sales talent (tech sales experience is a plus but not required). Ability to partner and influence stakeholders across teams and functions to advocate for talent, drive efficiencies, and enhance productivity. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding assigned goals within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Skill in building, cultivating, and activating long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of global, cross-regional teams in a matrixed environment. Knowledgeable and passionate about sourcing techniques, tools, processes, and initiatives. Excellent organizational, project management, and administrative skills. Self-starter with a strong sense of motivation, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the team.
