Company DescriptionVisa is a world leader in digital payments, facilitating more than 215 billion payments transactions between consumers, merchants, financial institutions and government entities across more than 200 countries and territories each year.Our mission is to connect the world through the most innovative, convenient, reliable and secure payments network, enabling individuals, businesses and economies to thrive.When you join Visa, you join a culture of purpose and belonging - where your growth is priority, your identity is embraced, and the work you do matters.We believe that economies that include everyone everywhere, uplift everyone everywhere.Your work will have a direct impact on billions of people around the world - helping unlock financial access to enable the future of money movement.**Join Visa: A Network Working for Everyone.****Job Description**:Principal Solutions Manager will be responsible to manage the strategy for Risk Products in Mexico including Security and Authentication Tools.**Job Description and Responsibilities**The Digital Solutions Product group is on the forefront of Visa's innovation and looking for talented individuals with vision, passion, and determination to make our clients business and consumer products more engaging, seamlessly available, easy to use and secure.The Security Solutions team at Visa manages the end-to-end products and services lifecycle of authorization and authentications tools for Visa.**Profile**We are looking for a Manager to support the evolution of its secure digital payments.The focus will be on Product Management and optimizations of digital payment products and to support Visa Risk and Identity partner programs and Visa regions with the development and delivery of optimized security solutions for our clients.The Principal Solutions Manager will be involved into the strategy and lead the execution of security solutions product management and optimizations with the overall goal of reducing 'friction' in payments, ensuring fraud rates continue to decrease over time and driving Visa revenue growth.This person will be responsible for the complete management of the product, developing new opportunities with existing and new clients, managing products performances, generating optimizations, and identifying opportunities with clients.**Key Responsibilities**- Manage Visa's Security Solutions Product and Optimizations opportunity roadmap for Mexico- Responsible for the complete lifecycle for the Security Solutions in Mexico including generating commercial proposals and developing opportunities with clients- Train clients on authorization products in relation to capabilities, rule types, rule lifecycle process, performance reporting- Identify authorization optimization opportunities, improving authorization transaction performance by consulting with clients and provide technical expertise to structure an effective optimization- Proactively identify operational opportunities and implement recommendations to increase service quality and efficiency- Manage revenue growth both from increasing overall transaction volume because of ensuring better Risk and Authentication policies on the part of Visa issuers, but also from product-based fee revenue where appropriate- Develop client facing materials to enhance product knowledge and optimize authorization performance metricsDrive a "customer centric" focus in our goals, strategy, evaluation of success, process design, and everyday habits- Report on client project accomplishments and deliverables- Work with global and regional product teams on products enhancements and maintenance releases that will impact Security Solutions optimization- Ensure full alignment of Risk & Authentication optimization strategy with LAC region and Visa's full range of security tools (e.g., Tokenization, Visa Direct)- Cultivate a strong cross-functional support network across Product, Risk, Client Support Services, and Business Development to deliver a remarkable client experience**Qualifications**:Basic Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or Engineering (Systems, Computing, Electrical or Telecommunications) or related field- Reports to Senior Director Products Mexico- Professional/Technical/Business- Experience in product development- Technical background and hands-on experience- Previous experience in related field risk management and/or fraud control- Good understanding of card authorization, clearing & settlement, authentication systems and platforms- Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects across internal and external organizations- 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in product development and deployment, focused on strategy, technology, data, and payments- Fluent in Spanish and in English- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation necess
