**Medical Scientific Liaison Cardiorenal****TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for driving medical strategy by translating the local medical plan into implementable TL engagement strategies with cross-functional teams and identify synergies with the interests of Bayer and the general medical community.- Responsible for reviewing and interpreting interaction analytics related to TL engagement and take appropriate actions.- Responsible and accountable for keeping abreast with latest scientific research on therapeutic area and competitors.- Responsible and accountable for developing strategic perspective and strong understanding of Bayer's commercial, go to market strategies and healthcare landscape (includes healthcare systems, competition, healthcare technology, regulations etc.) to anticipate business and customer/stakeholder needs and shape plans accordingly.- Responsible for fostering strong partnerships across MSL territories and play the role of 'trusted advisor' and 'conductor' to shape and synergize to reach win-win outcomes.- Responsible and Accountable for identifying the right TLs to engage and maintain a current list with up-to-date segmentations as per global definitions.- Responsible and Accountable for generating TL insights on unmet medical needs, document and communicate them to cross-functional teams to inform tactics and strategy.- Responsible and Accountable for implementing TL engagement strategies by building an understanding of Thought Leaders, fostering TL relationships, and disseminating customer / patient-centric insights and data, whilst leveraging on various digital and physical channels to engage TLs with focused content.- Responsible for providing scientific contributions to development and implementation of Bayer-organized national, regional, and local medical educational programs and gather competitive intelligence, build networks, and build new material to engage TLs.- Responsible for facilitating evidence generation aligned with medical and brand strategy, including facilitating investigator-initiated research.- Responsible for documenting and process medical Information queries in alignment with MI handling procedures.**WHO YOU ARE**- At least 2 years of experience in a medical /pharmaceutical field, dealing with drug information, clinical research and development, or other clinical related activities.- Advanced English level is required.- Possess basic knowledge of TA Products.- Preferable to have business acumen / knowledge, gained through academic study or work experience in a pharma or equivalent organization.- Track record of successfully dealing with internal and/or external stakeholders to develop coherent strategy/ approach or to gain support on key issues.- Successfully led workstreams / projects and organized scientific engagement platforms and events.- Has experience learning and using digital technology on-the-fly to develop communications, brand / TA campaigns and/or conduct analysis of medical data and generate insights.- Balances Stakeholders & Interpersonally Savvy - Proactively building relationships with different stakeholders.- Influencing, building trust, curability and seeking buy-in from peers/ internal and external stakeholders.- Business Insights & Customer Focus - Build strong customer (TLs) relationships, deliver customer centric solutions (communicating scientific data in a way that relates to various customer groups), while aligning with Bayer's business needs.- Agile and Adaptable - open to change and new ways of working (particularly in relation to digital savviness).- Plans & Aligns & Drives Results & Decision Quality - Driven to excel independently, Drive outcome and impact for Bayer by achieving meaningful TL interactions.- Communicates Effectively & Manages Complexity - Synthesize complex data and relate to physicians and TLs in a way they can appreciate: Communicate with different level of detail/data where necessary.At Bayer we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.We aim to create an environment in which everybody can feel authentic, respected and equally valued.Every day we strive to reflect our values through our people unique capabilities, self-experiences, and aspirations.We, intentionally seek diversity, to enable our people bring their fullest potential out and encourage others to likewise do so.Our company wins, when we leverage our capabilities to lead the cultural transformation in our business, positively impacting the society.**Application Period**:- 02/04/2025 - 02/18/2025**Reference Code**:- ********Division**:- Pharmaceuticals**Location**:- Mexico : Ciudad de México : Ciudad de México**Functional Area**:- Medical Affairs & Pharmacovigilance**Work Time**:- Full Time**Employment Type**:- Regular**Contact Us****Address****E-Mail**- Ciudad de México, México
