Business Finance Specialist

What will you do?As a Business Finance Specialist, you will serve as a key financial partner to our plant and cluster operations, providing analytical, reporting, and operational support across three clusters. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy of financial data and the quality of decision-making across the business. This role is an individual contributor with significant responsibility and exposure.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.7–8 years of experience in financial roles such as controlling, cost analysis, plant finance, or similar.Plant experience in financial or operational environments (highly preferred).Strong understanding of operational processes and their financial impacts.Experience managing plant inventories, variance analysis, and physical inventory processes.Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial reporting tools.Advanced English proficiency.Let us learn about you Apply today.You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.
