In this position, you will design, refine, and execute high-impact route engineering solutions that directly influence operational excellence across multiple markets.You will work with advanced planning technology, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and shape smarter, more efficient delivery routes that drive the performance of our field operations.What You'll DoDeliver high-quality route engineering designs using our technological platform (Territory Planner) based on service requests from the OU/MU through the Field Strategy Manager.Work hand-in-hand with the Route Planning Coordinator to validate, align, and clarify project requirements.Collaborate with Project/Change Managers to gather field performance insights and implement fine-tuned improvements.Partner with fellow Route Engineers to coordinate technical needs and ensure seamless project execution.Apply the Gold Standard Route Engineering Process to guarantee accuracy and consistency in every solution.Adjust and optimise route designs based on feedback from actual field performance.Prepare reports and performance dashboards in alignment with the Route Planning Coordinator.Support continuous improvement initiatives within Strategic Routing.Ensure full compliance with SLAs and deliverables for each assigned project.Your ImpactIn this role, you will:Become a subject matter expert in route engineering tools and methodologies.Influence operational decisions through data-driven solutions.Improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality across markets.Drive innovation within our routing processes and technology ecosystem.QualificationsWho We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Fluent English (professional level).Strong software proficiency: MS Excel (intermediate–advanced).Analytical thinker able to interpret complex business drivers and convert insights into optimised solutions.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.Highly organised, results-oriented, and strong at planning and follow-up.Experience supporting or leading training for new team members is a plus.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programmes.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Development programmes according to leadership skills.Specialised training according to the role.Learning experiences with internal and external providers.Recognition programmes for seniority, behaviour, leadership, moments of life, and others.Financial wellness programmes that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.A flexibility programme that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.Family-friendly benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of agreements and discounts, scholarship programmes for your children, aid plans for different moments of life, among others.We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
