IT Procurement Sr. Overview Manager Location: Hybrid (Mexico City, Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico). About the Role As an IT Procurement Sr. What you’ll do Execute contracting activities for complex sourcing initiatives, including RFx development and negotiations. Manage and optimize strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships to maximize value and ensure compliance. Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies for procurement processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable sourcing plans aligned with category strategies. Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on contracting performance, procurement activities, and cost savings to senior leadership. What you’ll need Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5-8 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3 years specifically in IT categories. Proficiency with procurement systems such as Zycus and Coupa, as well as Excel and Power BI. Demonstrated ability to indirectly motivate teams and manage multiple job disciplines. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, combining remote and on-site work. Why CBRE?
