As Specialist II you would be part of the Platforms & Growth team in Nike Digital Digital Commerce (NDDC). You’ll join a cross‑functional team of people passionate about creating the future of digital commerce for Nike. You will be working closely with a diverse team (Site Experience, Marketing, Digital Ops, Merchandising, Finance, and others) to drive a common agenda and align business outcomes. You will report to the Latam Manager. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an innovative, organized, and proactive Digital Commerce Specialist for the platform. You will play a critical role for the Mexico Business, working in partnership with the Commerce Manager to implement and build the strategy and run the platform business. In this fast‑paced role we are looking for someone who can adapt quickly, has a strong sense of ownership, proactivity, accountability, passion for data, strong communication skills, and an obsession with detail. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON On any given day you will analyze and extract insights driving a comprehensive end‑to‑end approach (Funnel & financial KPIs), identify consumer trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for Nike.com performance and work cross‑functionally with other areas and your manager on the programming and consumer experience inside the platform. You will propose new approaches, provide insights, and execute the digital business strategy by working closely with cross‑functional teams (Brand, Digital Ops, Site Experience, DSM, Merch) to manage all aspects of business, including content strategy, developing promotional campaigns, improving website navigation, understanding consumer behavior, and responding to trends to achieve critical e‑commerce KPIs.
