Continuous Improvement Engineer Descripción de Puesto Externo Responsable de productividad de los CEDIS y almcenes de México, a través de trabajo estándar y eventos Kaizen, seguimiento a todos los proyectos de mejora continua de acuerdo con la necesidad de operaciones logísticas, mejora de eficiencia de flujo y movimiento de materiales, rediseño de layout con 5 S’s, alinear objetivos de negocio con los equipos de trabajo con la mejora en KPIs en proceso de revisión y respuesta en todos los niveles de los CEDIS. Liderar la agenda de mejora enfocada y gestionar los análisis de pérdidas de cada CEDIS para enfocar recursos y reducir/eliminar estas pérdidas. Implementar la metodología ILUO para desarrollo de habilidades en personal de operación. Estandarizar gestión visual, 5 S's, tableros de operación y estándares de trabajo- limpieza. ESCOLARIDAD Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánico/ Eléctrico/ Mecatrónico o afín. EXPERIENCIA Puestos similares de mejora continua y con experiencia en TPM / Lean-Six Sigma Producción o almacenes. Deseable GB certificación. Conocimiento en TPM o WCM (World Class Munufacturing) Implementación y manejo de proyectos de Mejora Continua con DMAIC /Kaizen. CONOCIMIENTOS Y DESTREZAS ESPECÍFICAS Experiencia en Lean Manufacturing Inglés intermedio Deseable Minitab. Experiencia en entrenamiento de personal operativo Sindicalizado. Visual Management Kaizen Workshops. (Preparación y Ejecución) Herramientas Lean: 5's, SMED, Kanban, VSM (Value Stream Mapping) y Tack Time, Poka Yoke, Balanceo de Líneas. 7 herramientas de Calidad: Pareto, Histogramas, Diagramas de: Ishikawa y Dispersión, Estratificación, Gráficas de Control y Check List.
