Estudiante de Psicología | IT Talent Acquisition en ScanntechEn Scanntech, buscamos un Senior QA Automation Engineer con amplia experiencia en pruebas automatizadas y estrategias de aseguramiento de calidad.La persona seleccionada será responsable de diseñar, implementar y mantener frameworks de pruebas automatizadas de extremo a extremo, asegurando la integración fluida con pipelines de CI / CD y fomentando las mejores prácticas de QA dentro de la organización.Este rol requiere un perfil altamente técnico, con capacidad de liderazgo en la disciplina de QA, experiencia comprobada en múltiples frameworks de automatización, y habilidad para trabajar en entornos ágiles con equipos de desarrollo, producto y operaciones.Definir, diseñar, mantener y ejecutar frameworks de pruebas automatizadas (UI, API, E2E, regresión, integración, unitarias y de rendimiento).Colaborar con equipos de producto y desarrollo para definir criterios de aceptación y estrategias de prueba.Implementar y optimizar la automatización de pruebas en pipelines de CI / CD (GitLab CI).Trabajar junto al equipo de DX para medir y mejorar la confiabilidad de las pruebas automatizadas.Participar en decisiones arquitectónicas que impacten la testabilidad de las soluciones.Liderar revisiones técnicas de pruebas y contribuir a la definición de estándares de QA en la compañía.Definir, monitorear y analizar métricas de calidad (cobertura, defect leakage, flaky tests, etc.).Identificar, diagnosticar y documentar defectos, colaborando con desarrollo y producto en la resolución.Proporcionar coaching y mentoría a miembros del equipo de QA, promoviendo mejores prácticas y la cultura de calidad, así como promover prácticas de calidad continua (shift-left testing, TDD / BDD, contract testing).Participar activamente en revisiones de diseño técnico para anticipar escenarios de prueba.Competencias excluyentes : Educación : Bachillerato universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.8+ años de experiencia en QA, con al menos 3 años en roles Senior o de liderazgo técnico.5+ años de experiencia práctica con herramientas de automatización : Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Junit; pruebas de APIs con Postman, RestAssured o Karate.Experiencia comprobada en CI / CD, incluyendo la implementación de QA en pipelines (GitLab / Github) regida por métricas DORA.Experiencia con pruebas en arquitecturas distribuidas, microservicios o entornos cloud.Experiencia sólida en distintos tipos de pruebas : Unitarias, Integración, Regresión, End-to-End, Rendimiento.Conocimiento de plataformas cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure).Experiencia en Jira como herramienta de gestión de pruebas, defectos y trazabilidad.Experiencia trabajando en equipos de desarrollo bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Liderazgo técnico y capacidad de mentoría.Autonomía y proactividad en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora.Trabajo en equipo y colaboración interdisciplinaria.Competencias deseables : Certificación ISTQB (Foundation, Advanced o equivalente).Conocimientos en generación de métricas de calidad y reportería avanzada.#J-*****-Ljbffr
