**Zutich Capability Center is looking for**:**_SAP FICO SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT_****_Your role_**- You will act as an internal SAP FI/CO consultant, and will participate in both SAP implementation and SAP maintenance (Enhancements, BAU requests, incident resolution), taking responsibility for supporting existing SAP FI/CO installations globally._**_Key tasks & Accountabilities_**- As a SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert your main responsibilities will involve:_- _Analyze actual underlying business needs and document requirements_- _Propose solution alternatives and evaluate them_- _Customize SAP and unit test_- _Give world-class SAP support_- _Detect problems and root causes_- _Solve incidents and problems_- _Implement enhancements_- _Consult customer_- _Take responsibility for supporting a SAP client/area_- _Participate in SAP implementation projects & support local / transformation projects_**_Your Skills and Experience_**- As a SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert your skills and qualifications will ideally include:_- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE_- _Higher education in informatics and/or economy_- _Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English (Additional German is a true asset)_- _At least 5 years' experience in SAP international implementations with leading customizing positions_- _Proven track of complete SAP templates rollouts and process harmonization._- _Ability to find defect resolution for any problem identified_- _Effective team player in a global company, good communication skills_- _Experience working in international environments with different cultures_- _Ability to influence and work effectively with different levels and hierarchies_**_KNOWLEDGE_**- _Senior experience in SAP FI/CO modules specialized in Finance Accounting and Reporting_- o NewGL required; Special Ledger would be a plus_- o IFRS & other GAAPs knowledge_- o Very good understanding of Financial Closing process in multinational companies_- (revaluation, allocation, reposting, consolidation)_- _Good finance & accounting knowledge_- o Familiarity with insurance and Bank accounting_- o Procurement to Pay processes_- o Controlling: Internal Orders, CCA, PCA & PA_- _Good understanding of ITIL processes (preferably ITIL Certified) such as Change Management, Incident Management._- TECHNICAL SKILLS_- _Excellent SAP FICO (MM & SD good to have; Preferably SAP Financials Certified)_- _Very good knowledge of MS-Word, EXCEL, Power Point and MS Project_- _Any of a Plus: ALE, LSMW, cut over and migrations, SLO conversions, SAP technical upgrades and patching, Winshuttle._**_ who we are_**- Zurich is one of the world's leading insurance groups, and one of the few to operate on a global basis.Our mission is to help our customers understand and protect themselves from risk.With about 55,000 employees serving customers in more than 170 countries, we aspire to become the best global insurer as measured by our shareholders, customers and employees.We help individuals, small and medium sized companies and global corporations around the world understand and protect themselves from risk by offering a wide range of insurance products, solutions and advisory services._
