Requisition ID: *****Job Location(s):Apodaca, MX- Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to lead Intralogistics in Manufacturing Center of Excellence (MCoE) Team, first in a Mexican factory_- If you are someone with deep experience in industry 4.0, especially intralogistics and autonomus mobile robots, then this position might be for you_**Responsibilities**:A_s a Project Manager in Manufacturing Center of Excellence (MCoE) you main responsibilities would be:- _To identify, analyse ,conceptualize and execute new and innovative Intralogistics technologies with suppliers and local plant resources_- _Define automation use cases for material flow within the plant and also to/from warehouse_- _Evaluate technologies and suppliers and drive the PoC (Proof of Concept), Prototypes, pilots_- _Lead alignment with internal and external stakeholders such a Group IT, Logistics, Planning, automation suppliers etc_- _Lead Integration of AMRs/Intralogistics solutions to standard systems like MES, ERP, WMS etc_- _Facilitate training for specific target groups like project leaders for RAC plants and other Intralogistics stakeholders**Background & Skills**:- Requires a Master ´s degree in engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics_- Over 4-5 years of experience with leading mobile automation projects in manufacturing ( as factory member or supplier)_- Have gained profound technical expertise in mobile automation ( AGV, AMR, or industrial automation )_- Demostrates and applies broad knowledge of manufacturing processes_- Experience in the material handling, logistics or supply chain industries_- Experiência collaborating with cross function teams, influencing without authority, and in a matrixed enviroment_- Has extensive knowledge, skills and experience in project management_- Strong verbal, written and listening skills_- Fluency in english ( written and oral)_- Independent and proactive way of thinking_**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.No transformation has ever been started without a group of passionate, dedicated and empowered people.We believe that innovation and great results are driven by the right mix of people with diverse backgrounds, personalities, skills, and perspectives, reflecting the world in which we do business.To make sure the mix of people works, we strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are treated equally, respected, and valued for who they are.It is a strong priority within Danfoss to improve the health, working environment and safety of our employees.Following our founder's mindset 'action speaks louder than words', we set ourselves ambitious targets to protect the environment by embarking on a plan to become CO2 neutral latest by ****.Danfoss is an EO employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected category.
