About the role: Our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end talent selection process. Every day, you’ll contribute to one of Pearson’s core multi-year ambitions: becoming a truly skills and talent-based organisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping Pearson’s future by connecting great people with meaningful opportunities, both internally and externally. You’ll focus on delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers, while developing innovative hiring approaches that meet evolving business needs. You’ll be curious, data-driven and open to new ideas — embracing technology and fresh thinking to solve business challenges. Acting as a trusted partner and brand ambassador, you’ll work at pace while maintaining a strong focus on quality and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring priorities, skills gaps, and broader business strategy. Use a wide range of sourcing and attraction approaches to deliver the best solution for each hiring need, including direct sourcing, advertising and campaigns, social sourcing, referrals, pipeline management and networking. Own the full end-to-end recruitment process, driving timely and successful hiring outcomes. Act as a strategic talent partner, building strong relationships and using your insight and influence to deliver a best-in-class recruitment and candidate experience. Bring a growth mindset — challenging existing thinking and continuously evolving our talent practices to achieve better results. Track and manage your performance against agreed measures, striving for excellence and continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with TA peers and the wider HR team, prioritising effectively and providing support where needed. Use data and market insight to inform decision-making and influence talent strategies. Champion diversity, equity and unbiased hiring as a driver of innovation and business growth. Stay current with industry trends, demographic changes and emerging technologies to inform new approaches. Promote a “select-in” mindset, assessing candidates based on skills and potential, not just experience. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Fit with Pearson culture. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education. Extensive experience sourcing and recruiting talent across LATAM markets. Proven recruitment experience across a broad range of roles, with strong focus on Sales, Product and Marketing at all levels. Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and providing regular, meaningful business updates. Comfortable operating as a strategic talent partner across your portfolio. Experienced in using data and market insight to inform hiring and talent decisions. A strong understanding of what great recruitment looks like, with a track record of delivering proactive, end-to-end talent acquisition strategies. Passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Naturally collaborative, positive, agile and adaptable. Curious about new technologies and confident using them to improve efficiency and outcomes. Performance-driven, with a strong desire to help the business achieve its growth goals. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Availability to work in person at Pearson’s 1 to 2 times per week.
