Interested? Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts. Participate in architectural discussions for blockchain systems and decentralized applications. Perform code audits, refactoring, and gas optimization for high‑quality smart contract performance. Integrate smart contracts with backend services or Web3 components. Conduct unit, integration, and security testing using blockchain testing frameworks. Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions. Stay informed about blockchain ecosystem advancements, EVM updates, token standards, L1 / L2 trends, and best practices. Desired Profile 2–5+ years of experience as a Smart Contracts Engineer, Blockchain Engineer, or similar role. Strong hands‑on experience with Solidity and EVM‑based blockchain development. Knowledge of DeFi protocols, crypto primitives, or tokenomics (nice to have). Familiarity with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or comparable tools. Experience using Web3.Js, Ethers.Js, or other Web3 libraries. Understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities (reentrancy, frontrunning, integer overflow, etc.). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a security‑first mindset. Experience working in agile development environments. Intermediate‑advanced English proficiency. Technologies & Tools Solidity, EVM, Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle Web3.Js / Ethers.Js Git, GitHub Nice to have: AWS / GCP, non‑EVM ecosystems (Solana, Cosmos), CI / CD, cryptography fundamentals Benefits Integración a marcas globales y startups disruptivas.
