The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history of managing IT projects in a large scale, fast-paced working environment. This internal client-facing role will drive planning and execution of medium and large-scale projects for the HR/HCM portfolio across various platforms.This role will take direction from the IT Director of G&A IT: HR/HCM and will report into the Portfolio Management for G&A IT. Regeneron project standards and processes willbe followed to ensure that a well governed and controlled implementation approach is adheredto.Role and Responsibilities• Strong background in SDLC and Project Management Principles (Project Planning,Project requirements, Project Estimating, Resource Management, Scheduling andControlling, Facilitation, Risk Management, Procurement, Reporting Status, and ChangeManagement Familiarity in Project/Program Management toolset, including HRSystems (workday) and other key technologies• Responsible for project oversight, execution, and controls• Develops project plan/schedules• Contributes to project initiation, scope definition and scope control• Drives tasks to completion and maintain schedules• Prepares project status reports for PMO and/or stakeholders• Provide project status, anticipate challenges, communicate dependencies, issues andrisks• Supervises project team to successful project completion• Collaborate with business and technical teams to provide consistent and collaborativeproject delivery• Tracks progress and adherence to plan for scope, budget, and schedule.• Ensure the quality and on time delivery of technical implementation projects withsupporting deliverables and artifacts• Drive discovery phase to gather initial requirements and business goals• Establish business case to justify investments required• Establish project plan and cost estimates and manage delivery to ensure that goals andvalue propositions are met in line with original estimates• Oversee 3rd party vendor resources to deliver on day-to-day execution• Complete lessons learned sessions at the conclusion of each delivered project with afocus on continuous service improvement.Governance (Project Risk/Budget Risk)• Audit PMO specific content such as risks, issues, and changes• Audit Financial data monthly to ensure alignment between forecast and actual• Provide weekly and monthly reporting towards attaining better data quality
