**The Call Center Dialer Administrator will have overall responsibility for maintaining and managing our predictive dialer campaigns, power dial campaigns and inbound campaigns.The administrator will be responsible for the day to day administration of our dialers to maximize connections, profitability and efficiencies.***Your future duties and responsibilities**Obtaining DIDsReplacing DIDs as neededMonitoring DID reputationCreating new agent loginsCreating new campaignsImporting LeadsAdjusting campaign settings as neededMonitor dialer campaigns for efficiency and effectivenessWorking directly with clients and vendorsAssist, and participate in the training of collections supervisors and managers on call monitoring/recording software, dialer performance management, and quality reviews**Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role**Fluent in EnglishTelephony Applications/DialerMicrosoft Office / Google WorkspacesAnalytical & Problem SolvingDesired QualificationsCall Center Environment experience*Pay: $20,****** - $40,****** per month
