**Description**Business Intelligence (BI) Developer**Our Team**Working with Business Analyst and the Data warehouse team, the BI Developer will participate to gather and document reporting requirements to meet business needs.Using BI report development skills and experience, the BI Report Developer will then use those requirements to design, develop, test and implement reports and dashboards that utilize the underlying data store(s)/ data warehouse(s) / data mart(s).**What You Will Do**- Understanding data infrastructure/technology landscape- Communicating with global stakeholders to understand the business reports needed.- Decompose high level business needs into functional needs by understanding problem and determining data needs.- Present information to senior leaders- Manages the backend of the environment and supports stability of the environment- Support of Data flow and connection points upstream and downstream- Score Cards for Operational Technology and Information Technology- Responsible for Coding needs tied to scorecards and presentation level- Managing Access Controls into the various data sets, reports, and scorecards- Mange Presentation level of reporting structure- Manage customer facing KPIs and metrics for the Cyber Security teams and other areas of the enterprise- Work with Security Data Analyst as needed for Reporting, Auditing and enhancements- Work with customers to develop enhancements for established reports- Adhoc reporting development to drive business decision making focused on security and other areas of value creation- Review Cyber Security Program to generate reporting / Scorecards modifications to reflect state of security across the enterprise Automating the data extraction from multiple systems and designing and developing them into consumable reports**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Experience presenting and providing meaningful business insights from data using **Tableau/Power BI**:- Experience with data extraction and analysis using complex **SQL**:- Experience working with multiple disparate data sources in Tableau and/or PowerBI- Experience with advanced Tableau and PowerBI topics such as complex calculations, table calculations, parameters, geographic mapping- Experience leading large-scale enterprise level implementation of BI projects- Experience building and inheriting role-level security requirements at the enterprise level- Bachelor's/Master of Technology**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience in developing dashboards using JavaScript- Exploratory data analyses and Establishing quality standards for data and results, and creating relevant checklists- Roadmap for Data Architecture and presentation needs to appreciate shifts in technology and demandAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.Learn how our business philosophy helps employees unleash their potential while creating value for themselves and the company.
