Execute Six Sigma projects with the R-DMAIC methodology, focusing on Quality (40%), Health, Safety, Ergonomics, Environment, and Work Culture (20%), and Cost Reduction through Increased Efficiency and Profitability (40%). Maintain weekly updates in the SP/BP Project Management Database. Lead Lean Manufacturing projects, utilizing Lean philosophy tools and/or MODAPTS, and maintain project updates in the database. Implement Fast R-DMAIC (JDI or Kaizen) projects with agility, using basic statistical and quality tools, and maintain weekly updates. Implement Kepner & Tregoe projects, conducting problem analysis and decision‑making processes that impact safety, quality, and productivity, and maintain weekly updates. Participate as a team member in implementing standardized work processes based on technical and operational training, managing, monitoring, training, and promoting the technical and operational training team. Enthusiastically participate in R&D and GAP Analysis Workshops to identify and define opportunities for cost reduction and improvement of KPIs. Maintain the plant layout, ensuring dimensional accuracy and alignment with the Floor Space Planning Tool (FSPT) and AutoCAD® standards. Promote and lead lean flow projects across the plant to improve space efficiency. Develop Value Stream Mapping (Current, Future, Ideal State) with a plan to reduce variables and optimize the value chain. Requirements 3-5 years minimum experience as a Manufacturing, Quality, or Continuous Improvement Engineer. 3-5 years minimum experience in the automotive industry preferred.
