**Global Investigations - HR****3M Health Care is now Solventum****At Solventum, we enable better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives.As a new company with a long legacy of creating breakthrough solutions for our customers' toughest challenges, we pioneer game-changing innovations at the intersection of health, material and data science that change patients' lives for the better while enabling healthcare professionals to perform at their best.Because people, and their wellbeing, are at the heart of every scientific advancement we pursue.****We partner closely with the brightest minds in healthcare to ensure that every solution we create melds the latest technology with compassion and empathy.Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.****The Impact You'll Make in this Role**As a(n) **Global Investigations - HR**, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:- Lead comprehensive investigations into complex allegations of violations of the Code of Conduct, company policies and regulations.- Manage multiple, simultaneous investigations in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated commitment to prioritization and deadlines.- Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses in a professional and respectful manner, and prepare detailed investigations report that includes recommended corrective action.- Identify trends within and across investigations and communicate them to leadership.- Demonstrate solid critical thinking and advanced people-skills.- Maintain accurate and complete records of all investigations, including documentation of evidence, interviews, and findings.- Serve as investigations expert for Global Investigations function- Collaborate with legal, compliance, HR, and other relevant departments to ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.- Stay current on industry best practices, employment law, and emerging risks related to compliance and investigations.**Your Skills and Expertise**To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND eight (8) years of experience in employment relations, preferably within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry.OR- High School Diploma/GED AND twelve (12) years of experience in employment investigations, preferably within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry.ANDAdditional qualifications that will help you succeed in the role include:- Advanced degree and certifications (e.g., Master's in Business Administration, PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification(s), or related field).- Willingness to travel as needed to conduct investigations in various locations.- Advise HR and Leaders on employee relations issues, providing resolution recommendations that align with Solventum policy, values, and past practices.- Serve as partner to employees & leaders, answering questions throughout the investigation process and providing feedback to ensure proper action is taken.- Participate as SME in various projects across Human Resources, Legal and Compliance.- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.- Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to conducting multiple investigations simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Regularly work with restricted information and highly confidential information and is skilled in understanding the necessity and the ability to preserve and maintain confidential communications and legally privileged information.- Proficiency in using investigation management software and other relevant tools.- Ability to manage investigations in an objective and unbiased manner.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Experience working in a global or multinational organization.- Familiarity with global compliance standards, whistleblower frameworks, and data privacy laws.- Experience with case management systems, data analytics, and documentation tools.- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong asset.Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.**Work location**:Remote - United States, Mexico, Spain, Brazil, Costa Rica****Travel: May include up to**20% domestic travel****Relocation Assistance: Not authorized****Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).****Supporting Your Well-being**Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.To ensure competitive pay and benefits, Solventum regularly benchmarks with other com
