They cover freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and customs coordination, ensuring that goods move efficiently, safely, and on time.Position: Warehouse SupervisorCompany Industry: Logistic companyLocation: Technopark Binan, LagunaSalary Offer: Php 25,000- Php 35,000Work Schedule: Mon- Fri, Sat (halfday)Work Set Up: on site Benefits:Government mandated BenefitsHMO13th month payLeave CreditsOther will be discuss upon job offer ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, schedule, coach, and motivate warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and performance is monitored.Coordinate all inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) logistics, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolving discrepancies.Enforce strict safety standards (like OSHA), security protocols, and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant environment.Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement changes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to management.
