Bachelor's degree (industrial engineering, international business or related)b. 1 year previous experience in Supply Chain or Salesc. Intermediate proficiency in English, oral and written (mandatory)d. Skilled in the main softwares - Word, Excel(Advanced/Expert), Power Point (mandatory), Power BI (Desireable)e. Familiar with processes on conflicts resolutionf. Highly analytical and numerial, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills.g. Strong foundational understanding of supply chain for special customers constraints and operational effectiveness.h. KPIs develope and follow up to ensure compliance with business indicators.i. Innovation and improvement skills to optimize company proceseses with new solutions and ways of working.j. Able to work extended hours as required by the business.k. Multitaskingl.
