OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Lead Data Analyst to support AI-driven forecasting initiatives within the finance domain.The role will support our platform, Mosaic, which delivers a systemized capability for the complete planning and forecasting process by customer, product, and business unit across the sector, as well as reporting analytics for actuals.The candidate will use Synapse Analytics to integrate big data and data warehousing to query structured and unstructured data, and Teradata to handle enterprise-level data warehousing with SQL-based transformations.Involved in stakeholder management, guiding them with data-driven insights.Compensation: $***********/HR USDMust-Have SkillsAbility to translate complex business requests into technical requirementsAdvanced/Strong SQL skills for extracting, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sourcesAppetite for learning and applying functional knowledge in finance and forecastingStrong English communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and business usersExperience in categorizing and scaling solutions across new and existing marketsPlussesExperience supporting USA based companies/global companiesExperience with Databricks, Python, Synapse, Azure Data Factory (ADF)Experience supporting Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industryResponsibilitiesLead data analytics tasks to support AI-driven forecasting initiatives within finance.Work with Mosaic to deliver planning and forecasting capabilities across customers, products, and business units.Perform data modeling, SQL transformations, and data warehousing activities using Synapse Analytics and Teradata.Communicate insights to stakeholders and guide data-driven decision making.QualificationsStrong experience in data analysis, data modeling, and SQLExperience with big data technologies and data warehousing conceptsAbility to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutionsFinance/forecasting domain knowledge is a plusJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesFood and Beverage Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
