In BYD we are looking for your talent as Spare Parts Specialist.You will be responsible for supporting the dealer network by ensuring efficient spare parts operations.This role includes providing training to dealers, monitoring claims, preparing quotations, and offering expert guidance in the use of the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC).The Spare Parts Analyst will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and strengthening the dealer network's aftersales performance.Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support and attention to dealers regarding spare parts operations, availability, and inquiries.- Deliver training sessions for dealerships on spare parts processes, systems, and EPC usage.- Track and monitor claims related to spare parts, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.- Prepare and deliver quotations for spare parts in coordination with the dealer network and internal teams.- Manage and support the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC), ensuring correct application, updates, and dealer guidance.- Collaborate with logistics, sales, and aftersales teams to improve spare parts availability and service levels.- Prepare reports and KPIs related to claims, dealer support, and spare parts performance.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field .- 2–4 years of experience in spare parts, aftersales, or related roles in the automotive industry- Hands-on experience with EPC (Electronic Spare Parts Catalog) .- Proficiency in Excel and SAP- English: Intermediate–Advanced level for communication with global teams.
