**About Us**SimplePractice is headquartered in Los Angeles, California, but we have team members who work and live across the United States, Dominican Republic, Mexico City, and Ukraine.We are the world's leading health practice management software.We build products that help clinicians (e.g., therapists, psychiatrists) run their private practices with ease.At the end of the day, our mission is to empower private practices to thrive.**Our Culture**At SimplePractice, culture is our foundation.It influences the way we work, how we serve our customers, and how we approach accomplishing our mission.We have five core values that we strive to embody every day:- We think big- We take simplicity seriously- We come as we are- We act with humility- We are built on trustCulture is everyone's responsibility at SimplePractice.Our culture is what drives us to do better for our teammates and customers.Connection and collaboration are also key to our success.You will work with our talented multi-national teams and have opportunities to participate in onsites in both the US and Mexico.**The Role**We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our Customer Success team.In this role, you will turn data into insights to drive decisions, improve customer outcomes, and help scale our Customer Success operations.Your expertise in SQL and data storytelling will be key to identifying trends, supporting key initiatives, and building impactful dashboards and reports.**Key Responsibilities**- Partner with Customer Success leadership to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)- Build and maintain SQL-based queries, reports, and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)- Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and actionable insights- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Data Engineering teams to access and model relevant data- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting sources**Desired Skills & Experience**- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or related role- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases- Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)- Strong analytical thinking and ability to distill complex data into clear insights- Experience working with or supporting Customer Success, Customer Experience, or similar customer-facing teams- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment**Bonus Points**- Experience with customer lifecycle analysis- Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, or cloud data warehouses**Benefits**We offer a competitive benefits program including:- Privatized Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage- Work From Home stipend- Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and Summer Fridays- Monthly Meal Reimbursement- Holiday Bonus, 15-day Aguinaldo- Hybrid Work Schedule & Catered Lunch- Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)**California Job Applicant Privacy Notice
