Descripción y detalle de las actividadesServe as the primary HR contact for site operations, maintaining close communication and alignment with the client.Lead the HR strategy for the site, aligned with corporate goals and local operational needs.Manage the successful start-up of new projects, ensuring talent acquisition and HR infrastructure are in place.Design, implement and monitor programs to attract, retain and develop personnel effectively.Oversee and ensure compliance in specialized HR functions: Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Labor & Employee Relations, Safety and Hygiene, HR Administration, General understanding of Industrial Safety & Environmental Regulations, P&L / Cost Control, Customs processes, IT & Systems, Purchasing and Asset Security.Analyze and resolve complex problems with innovative solutions.Develop and execute action plans, programs and KPIs to achieve HR and business objectives.Ensure accurate and compliant HR records, systems, and reports.Coordinate with other departments on cross-functional matters including P&L, environmental compliance, customs, IT systems, purchasing and asset protection.Experiencia y requisitosBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or maquila environment.Advanced English - both written and spoken.Experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management.Proven experience in plant start-ups.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing contracts and labor compliance.Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Project.Strong ability to work with HR systems and data analytics tools is a plus.BeneficiosBeneficios de acuerdo a la LFTNúmero de vacantesÁreaRecursos HumanosContratoPermanenteModalidadPresencialTurnoDiurnoJornadaTiempo CompletoHorarioTiempo completoEstudiosCarrera con título profesionalInglésHablado : Avanzado, Escrito : AvanzadoDisponibilidad p.ViajarNo#J-*****-Ljbffr
