OverviewManager, Bain Capability Network (Value Creation Center) – full-time position based in BCN's Mexico office, part of the Corporate Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE) supporting Bain's Strategy practice.The Value Creation Center team partners with Bain's global case teams and client development teams to deliver insights and solutions around capital markets, valuation, and financial performance.The team covers topics including financial diagnostics and capital structure analysis; shareholder value creation strategies; corporate valuation andstrategic financial advisory; and development of Bain's Capital Markets intellectual property and go-to-market materials.You will collaborate closely with Bain teams worldwide to influence C-suite decision-making, delivering data-driven insights that drive sustainable, long-term shareholder value.You will also partner with Corporate Finance CoEs in India for holistic delivery.What You'll DoLead multiple Corporate Finance projects simultaneously, managing team(s).Manage Corporate Finance engagements, including shareholder returns benchmarking and capital markets analysis across industries.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide team(s) in conducting financial diagnostics, valuation analysis, capital structure optimization, and long-term value creation assessments.Develop and commercialize Bain's intellectual property (IP) around corporate finance topics, including whitepapers, tools, and frameworks.Understand client needs and adapt to case expectations.Provide story lining, direction and support to resolve complex problem statements and effectively manage client and team, using Bain's toolkit.Effectively manage client and team meetings, deliver clear and professional presentations to the team, team leaders and managers/partners/clients across the Bain system.Promote cross-collaboration with BCN India teams to support holistic case delivery and facilitate IP development.Implement rigorous quality control measures across all work streams to ensure high-quality work.Communicate data, knowledge, and clearly explain insights and implications for the client to the entire team.Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions.Provide constructive feedback to team members and address development needs for continuous improvement.Take responsibility for leadership within work streams and developing team members for key leadership roles.Take ownership of staffing and assigning specific workstreams, while monitoring workloads to address overloads.Identify opportunities to enhance delivered insights and the delivery model with new approaches and tools in collaboration with the global Value Creation Center and Corporate Finance CoE leadership, leveraging new technologies (e.G., AI solutions).Participate in and/or lead other office initiatives such as recruiting, training, business strategy, marketing, etc.About YouWork experience range 8-12 years for undergraduate candidates (6-9 years for postgraduate) in investment banking, equity research, or consulting with capital markets exposure and strong academic records.Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, corporate valuation principles and ratio analysis.Proven ability to connect financial performance to valuations and strategic business outcomes.Strong knowledge of equity markets to generate compelling insights and an equity story with a focus on outcomes.Proficiency in both written and spoken English.Experience of working on consulting projects or with consulting firms.Experience in preparing discussions with C-level executives and/or boards.Experience leading multiple teams on complex projects.Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder, and project management skills.Preference for candidates with CFA or CPA and strong capital markets experience.Demonstrated ability to work with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of AI and Python is a plus.Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to dynamic case expectations.All applicants must submit their resume in English only.Additional InformationSeniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Consulting.Industries: Business Consulting and Services.Please submit your resume in English.#J-*****-Ljbffr
