Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Building long-term relationships with business partners, keeping direct contact and weekly meetings related to wholesales and order status supported by the knowledge in audiology, product portfolio, systems, and processes.-Maintaining continuous communication with internal departments such as Planning, Purchasing, Production, etc. to ensure orders fulfilment.-Confirming, updating delivery dates as well as verifying purchase order correctness.-Verifying allocation/deallocation of goods depending on business partners priorities.-Generating Invoices and necessary documentation in accordance with country specific requirements and in coordination with Import/Export needs.-Coordination of shipment process in agreement with Distribution Center.-Monitoring and Tracking of Shipments to Business Partners.-Taking corrective actions and engaging in projects to increase business partners satisfaction.-Reviewing and verifying sister companies' specific requirements.-Updating the sister companies on the progress of their quality complaints reviewing complaint -Supervising and coordinating changes to ERP system configurations with IT and Planning areas to meet wholesale expectations.Experiência y requisitosQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : -Bachelor's degree in business or related field -1-to-2-year experience in Customer Service / Logistics ( or Similar position ) -Computer abilities: Microsoft Office skills, good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. QAD, Navision) and other systems.DESIRED COMPETENCIES : -80 % bilingual Spanish / English -Passport / Visa -Communicative English with the knowledge of business vocabulary.**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Logística/Transporte**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Lunes a Jueves de 7am a 5:20pm y Viernes de 7am a 3pm**Estudios** Preparatoria**Inglés **Hablado: 80%, Escrito: 80%**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
