Acero Prime plant at Ramos Arizpe, integrate solutions in metal processing and logistics for the most demanding manufacturing sectors, such as: automotive, home appliance, lighting, HVAC, machinery and heavy duty equipment industries, among others.Join us as a Quality Technician.**Job Summary**Ensure the material fulfill the established quality requirements, providing feedback to the departments and the client, report the detected problems and take action on the corrective measures.**Quality Technician duties and responsabilities**:- Responsible to monitoring the product and process quality.First contact on production lines to resolve problems.- Analyze and provide a quick and effective solutions to quality problems, internal and external, reported by residents or client.- Responsible on corrective actions, implementation to maintain on goal quality metrics stablished (Return rate, SCRAP, Rework).- Quality meeting to communicate Quality Metrics to production team.Production lines support and training.- Develop, update and improve on Quality documentation (CP, Forms, Visual aids, Quality Alert, CTQ, PPAP).- Lean projects, support and execution based on annual program for cost savings.**Job Requirements and experience**:- Industrial engineering or equivalent (just graduated)- Fluency in English- 1 year Quality Technician experience or equivalent- + 25 years old- Previous experience in a similar position/industry (desired)- Experience in metalworking/automotive industry (desired)- Availability to roll shifts- Steelmaking operation- ASTM/IATF/ISO900 Standars- Management skills, negotiation, problem solving**We offer and compensation package including**:- Saving Fund- Food tickets- Gas bonus- Vacation premium- Christmas bonus- Life insurance- Health insurance benefits- Anual bonus programs- Labor Flexibility schames and more**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From $1.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How old are you?- Are you currently working?- What was your last salary?- What is your English level?How would you rate your basic language skills?PLEASE DESCRIBE EXTENSIVELY.- Describe your experience in similar position/industry:- What is your salary expectation?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)
