Who we are looking for: We are seeking candidate whose primary focus for the last several years has been Paid Social platforms, specifically Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. Your responsibility is to design, launch, and optimize high-performing paid social (Meta Ads) campaigns that drive growth, profitability, and scalability across platforms. Responsibilities: Own paid social strategy and execution for assigned clients — across Meta mostly, but Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms are an option as well. Translate client KPIs (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV) into channel-specific strategies and testing roadmaps. Build and optimize ad campaigns, including creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid management. Collaborate with Lifecycle, SEO, and Web/Dev teammates to align paid strategy with holistic marketing goals. Analyze campaign data and produce weekly/monthly reports highlighting key trends and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and emerging opportunities to maintain competitive edge. Manage creative testing frameworks in partnership with designers and content teams. Continuously identify scaling opportunities and efficiency improvements. Profitability: ROAS and MER targets consistently achieved or exceeded. Scalability: Campaigns efficiently scale while maintaining performance. Testing Velocity: New ad iterations and audience tests launched regularly. Cross-Channel Integration: Paid performance enhances lifecycle, SEO, and web efforts. Client Confidence: Clients view paid as a predictable, strategic growth channel. Requirements: • 3–6+ years of experience managing paid media for ecommerce / D2C brands • Deep expertise in Meta Ads (primary platform) • Experience managing large advertising budgets, with a minimum average of $500K USD in ad spend • Experience with TikTok Ads and other paid social platforms (nice to have) • Strong creative strategy mindset, with a clear understanding of how ad creative impacts performance and scale • Proven track record of driving profitable growth at scale • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Solid experience working with D2C clients or in-house D2C companies • Hands-on experience with Triple Whale, GA4, and Looker Studio • Strong experience using AI tools for media buying, creative testing, and optimization • Excellent creative strategic skills and performance-driven testing frameworks Bonus Points • Experience managing UGC and creator-led campaigns • Knowledge of multi-channel attribution models Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Advertising Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Kajae by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
