Note: This role is operational in nature and focuses on managing solar project workflows for an assigned region.About UsOur World Energy was founded with a client-centric model that allows us to focus exclusively on serving our clients as one of the Nation's leading residential solar installers.Our persistent focus on the customer experience guarantees a positive outcome and ultimately, money saved.We are backed by over $5 Billion in funding, and alongside our install partners, we are leading the way towards a 100% sustainable planet.Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Market Coordinator to oversee solar project progress from Sale through Final Funding within an assigned region.This role ensures that inspections, re-visits, documentation, and utility approvals are handled efficiently to prevent delays and drive timely project completion.As the market lead, the Market Coordinator supports field teams, resolves blockers, and maintains a healthy install-to-funding pipeline.Work SetupThis is an independent contractor role.Fully remote – work from anywhere.Arizona Time Zone.No statutory benefits provided as per the contractor agreement (e.G., health insurance, social security).Weekly pay cycle.Compensation and BenefitsUS & selected local holidays observedHigh-energy, fun, and collaborative cultureOpportunity for career growth and advancement with a rapidly expanding companyJob ResponsibilitiesOwn all solar projects in assigned market from Sale to Final FundingDrive post-installation completion across the regionCoordinate and track inspection passes, re-visits, and utility approvalsManage failed inspection queues, rework needs, and documentation accuracyLiaise with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Installers, and AHJs to close out projectsEscalate high-risk items or blockers that may delay install fundingMaintain up-to-date trackers, provide status updates, and report on market backlog and completionsRequired Skills & QualificationsSolar industry experience is required, specifically in operations, permitting, inspections, project coordination, or utility processingExpert level proficiency in Google Sheets including formulas, data validation, queries, lookups, and reportingBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferredSpanish bilingual – ability to communicate effectively in both English and SpanishPrevious experience in coordination, project support, or operations rolesExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and task management toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving partsAdaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in a remote work environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
