Our client needs someone for 40 hours a week to help with their Marketing Agency, which is a small US-Based growing marketing firm.Hours are pretty flexible and can be worked out with the Owner.I'm looking for an experienced social media video editor who specializes in Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content.Here are the key requirements and preferences:Experience & SkillsVery experienced in short-form video editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)Highly creative and detail-orientedComfortable with fast-paced trends, transitions, and storytellingStrong sense of pacing, music, hooks, and engaging contentExperience in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCutSome graphic design experience preferred (not required)Additional Skills NeededAbility to create thumbnails (IG covers, TikTok covers, YouTube Shorts thumbnails)Ability to write captions that fit each client's brand voice and platform styleKnowledge of hashtags, trending keywords, and hooks is a plusMust know social media posting tools like metricoolThey will be responsible for posting content for clients, not just editingContent Style & ExpectationsEditor should understand the content style we need: clean, trendy, high-energy, or aesthetic (can discuss per client)Must follow or help develop brand colors, fonts, and visual consistencyAble to take direction but also bring creative ideasFast turnaround timesFamiliar with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platform best practicesGood communication skills and reliabilityAbility to work with Google Drive
