Job Description SummaryThe Global Services Americas Cash FP&A Leader is responsible for providing financial planning & analysis leadership to the Global Services FP&A Cash Leader and the Americas leadership team in Global Services as it relates to billings & collections which includes but is not limited to :Major planning cycles Blueprints Budget Op Plan Long Range ForecastPerformance management & external reporting including Investor RelationsIn quarter pacing / forecastingDriving analytics and operational improvements (On-time billing Paid-on-time Past Due Management) in operating performance across the business including billings utilization escalation understanding of contractual arrangements.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities :As the Global Services Americas Cash FP&A Leader you will :Support Americas business line by leading the financial planning and reporting cycles as well as monthly operating reviews (MORs) as it relates to Americas billings & collectionsBe responsible for regular Americas pacing for billings & collections across all profit pools (TX MMP CSA) including different CS Core billing types (variable milestone fixed extra work escalation etc.) during each quarterOwn sub-business KPI tracking and improvements (Billed on time Paid on time PD Deferred Balance)Monitor and assess impact of internal and external factors impacting billings & collections and driving appropriate mitigation (Inflation utilization unit COD)Lead FP&A simplification and global standardization initiatives for Americas billings & collectionsForm a close relationship with pole & sub-region ITRs transactional & fulfillment finance teams as well as cross-functional operating partners to drive operational engagement & develop playbook for meeting operating targets for cashSupport Global Services Cash Leader and Americas leadership team in the preparation of budgets operating plans and other reporting cyclesProvide management & financial reporting on all aspects of business on a weekly monthly quarterly and annual basis for strategic operational & financial KPI related to Americas billings & collectionsPrepare and support presentations (Op Plan Budget Long Range Forecasts and Operating Reviews)Maintain processes for analyzing and reporting operating results to management (e.g. connecting utilization trends to variable billings)Share best practices and drive global process standardization with broader pole & region cash teams where applicableEnsure key processes and controls are in place to support a world class financial operationProvide business performance analytics to identify financial trends highlight risk and opportunities and ensure operational coordination to optimize cash resultsLead the pursuit of excellence in controllership (e.g. adherence to GE policies transfer of best practices internal controls etc.)What you\'ll bring (Required Qualifications)Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college in finance accounting or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of finance or accounting experiencePrior experience managing a multi-function al finance organizationFull English proficiencyWhat will make you stand outMasters Degree in Business Administration or FinanceGE Leadership Program experience (GE Employees only)Prior experience managing a multi-functional Finance organizationAbility to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressureStrategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plansStrong analytical project management and organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsBenefits Available to YouGE employees rise to the challenge of building a world that order to meet this mission we provide varied competitive benefits to help support our workforce: Our Culture GE Vernova ()Our compensation & benefits are designed to help you manage your personal and family needs while rewarding high performers.
