Misión Del Puesto Inspección y embalado de los envases terminados. Responsabilidades Cumplir y hacer cumplir las politicas de seguridad de Ball, obedeciendo procedimientos de seguridad de operación. Liberar arranque de producto con estándar de calidad para asegurar inicio de corrida. Garantizar calidad del envase en atributos, hombro y rulo mediante la inspección de cada nido. Embalado de los envases con mesa y flejadora. Operación de flejadora y cambio de fleje, para asegurar flujo del proceso. Orden y limpieza de las máquinas y líneas de producción para mantener los estándares de orden y limpieza Notificar a operadores de procesos anteriores de defectos visuales para su corrección. Segregar material no conforme para su revisión. Revisión de material no conforme para su liberación y emplayado. Limpieza interior de flejadora para buen funcionamiento de máquina Impresión de etiquetas para la identificación de tarimas mediante sistema JD Edwards. Evaluar calidad del flejado para evitar nidos flojos o envases deformados. Apoyo a capacitación al personal de nuevo ingreso. Participar en los programas de mejora contínua. Atender programas de Entrenamiento/Empresa. Revisar selección y retrabajo Todas aquellas actividades asignadas por su jefe inmediato para asegurar el proceso de producción.
