Being highly updated in the technological vanguard of equipment, methods and communication protocols, based on work instructions, formats, procedures, design guides and objectives of the Engineering Services Management, to carry out the designs of integrated systems, on time, on budget and under the required quality standards. **Roles and Responsibilities.**1. Lead and develop the design of Specialized Engineering Projects, such as Power Max in its 3 lines such as PMS, RAS and Microgrids so that they are delivered to the client on time, on budget and under the required quality standards.2. Development of dynamics and transient stability studies in software such as PSSe, DigSilent or similar.3. Development of Hardware In the Loop (HIL) tests using real-time simulators such as RTDS, OPAL, etc.4. High knowledge of Electrical Power Systems for the design, development and implementation of remedial action schemes and/or Microgrids.5. Review and Validate information and budgets of the delivered projects to agree the project execution margins and proceed to be released.6. Manage and implement the methods, procedures, work instructions, design guides and best practices for the design of specialized engineering projects that will be the basis for the standardized development of the process of Studies and SPS projects.7. Coordinate and design the new system developments that are made by R&D and ES Pullman to guarantee the correct implementation within the specialized engineering process.8. Carry out tests of new technologies and concepts of the new solutions aligned to the Engineering Services of the corporate to guarantee that the applications of the new equipment are carried out in a homogeneous and standardized manner by the Engineering Services Management.9. Participate in the commissioning and/or training of the customers who request it, to offer comprehensive services to guarantee the operation of specialized engineering systems such as Power Max and technically prepare customers for perform the operation and maintenance of the systems.10. Coordinate technological development and innovation projects with the corporate to obtain the design of integrated systems and propose technological and economic alternatives to clients. Promoting participation in markets other than the electricity sector.11. Propose and implement improvements in the development processes of Specialized Engineering projects to optimize the development time and the quality of the systems.12. Develop SEL technical literature, including design guides and Application Notes and technical articles at an international level in order to publicize and promote specialized Engineering solutions at an international level.13. Live and behave under the values of SEL to carry out daily activities.14. Guarantee in conjunction with the project management for the fulfillment or improvement of the GM of the projects assigned to his charge.15. Lead improvement projects that allow increasing the level of productivity and quality of the area to guarantee compliance with the quality policy to Identify Measure and Improve.**Requirements (Education/Experience/Training/Skills/Competencies)**1. Master's degree in Electricity or Electrical Power Systems2. Basic knowledge of Control and Automation3. Four years of experience in dynamics and transient stability studies4. Knowledge of electrical power system protection5. Handling of electrical power system study software6. Intermediate or advanced level of English
