Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Keep Management informedimmediately, in real time, of all Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning, Personnel and Equipment problems, issues, concerns.Communication is required and expected to be prompt and timely.No exceptions.- Purchase materials, equipment and services in support of internal customers.- Generates reports to monitor the performance of the Purchasing group.- Manage projects.- Represents the Purchasing- Department in activities and decisions of the company.- Develop and execute the strategic operations of the department commensurate with the general plan of the company.Ensure the correct coupling with the customer's needs.- Develop and implement policies and programs designed to maximize capacity and ensure the highest quality at the lowest cost in a safe work environment.- Define, control and execute Key Performance Indicators (KPI)- Ensure that systems are world class and meet the needs of all departments and agencies, with an emphasis on- processes, quality, productivity, budget control and profitability.- Adhere to all GMP and ISO guidelines.- May be assigned to any Scantibodies location for any period of time.- May be required to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.This may include duties in another department or outside your normal scope of work.- Responsible for annual performance evaluations for direct reports and review of all indirect reports.- Have weekly One on One (1:1) meetings with direct reports, which are critical for communication and alignment of priorities.Those meetings should be accompanied by the Excel Action Follow up Log.Additionally, direct reports must also have weekly one on one meetings with their direct reports and send their staff spreadsheet of projects to you, so that you are aware of the what they are working on, and to review and discuss when you have the one on one meeting with your Direct Reports.Experiência y requisitos- College degree- The position requires integrity, intelligence, experience and dedication.- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in purchase.- More than 5 years of supervisory experience are required.- Advanced English- Ability to acquire SENTRI- Knowledge in medical devices, biotechnological antecedents of preference.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Compras**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- 7:00 a.m. a 5:36 p.m.**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: 90%%, Escrito: 90%%**Edad** ******* años**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
