Job Description:Mazda de Mexico is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Manager to support the company's operations.The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance on contractual and corporate matters, manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, and advise internal stakeholders on legal issues affecting company operations.- Advanced English Level (Mandatory) fully capable to maintain business English conversations- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a corporate legal department, ideally within a Japanese company.- Knowledge in corporate, commercial, labor, and administrative law.Notions of civil, criminal, personal data, intellectual protection, antitrust, clean energies, environmental, hydrocarbons, and immigration law will be an added advantage.- Experience in managing corporate legal matters, preferably within a Japanese company, providing legal advice and support to various departments on their legal obligations, coordinating and collaborating with external law firms, and liaising with regulatory authorities.Key Responsibilities:
